Themes & Under-The-Hood Updates

Done a lot of work underneath to improve the code so it can be expanded, entended, improved, and re-arranged.

And the fruits of that labor have come to show in our first new feature, themes! For now, the only themes are the original 24th century LCARS and the new 25th Century LCARS, which is mostly a color swap, but the groundwork for more sweeping changes has been done.
